My name is Catherine,
and I am the Ship to Shore Chef.
I am a cook, entrepreneur, and self-published author. I write a daily blog sharing photos of my days on various vessels and the meals I prepare for my crew. The recipes I cook, the adventures on different ships, and photos of the ever-changing scenery can be found in my first cookbook Ship to Shore Chef Recipes and Stories as I Sail Through My Day. For the young ship watcher, I share my personal photos and stories which I had illustrated for a children's book The Stowaway Adventures of Mitchell Mouse. Join me on my adventures as we sail the Great Lakes, St Lawrence Seaway, Rivers, and East Coast.

MY BOOKS
Ship to Shore Chef Recipes and Stories as I Sail Through my Day is my first self published cookbook. The book features over 280 full colored pages with more than 200 recipes. Intertwined with the recipes I collected over the last 40 years are stories and photos of life on a ship.
My self-published children’s book, The Stowaway Adventures is the first of a series of stories. The illustrations are taken from original photos and are beautifully illustrated capturing Mitchell Mouse’s ship board adventures.
