My Favourite Things

I travel to the ship with my seabags full of my favorite things. Spices, kitchen gadgets, my cookbook, logbook and anything else that I can fit in to my overstuffed bulging bags.

These favorite things make my job easier and my food tastier.

There are some things I cannot take on the ship with me but I enjoy when I am home.

  • Adobo Seasoning

    I love Adobo seasoning. I go through 2lbs a week when I cook for my crew. #GoyaAdobo

  • Oven Bags

    I cook all meat in these roasting bags. The meat comes out tender and gives off lots of juice for gravy. The easy cleanup is a bonus. #LookOvenBags

  • Gravy Separator

    Using a four cup gravy separator is much faster than trying to spoon off the fat before making my delicious gravy.

  • Red Curry Paste

    I bring one of these to each ship. I use it for peanut noodles, Thai Basil beef and any other dishes that need a little heat. It has a great flavor.
